One of Palladio’s most widely known designs is the Teatro Olimpico,  his very last one. Palladio died only six month’s into the theatre’s construction and was continued by Vincenzo Scamozzi. The theatre is now the oldest surviving stage set still in existence and is one of the three only Renaissance theatres remaining.

Among other things you can do and places to visit are the Strada delle 52 Gallerie al Monte Pasubio, the Basilica Palladiana, Piazza di Signori, Santuario della Madonna di Monte Berico and the Gallerie di Palazzo Leoni Montanari.
