Rates do not include: - Optional Liability Reduction Package - Security Deposit - One Way Fee (AU$200 if applicable) - LP Gas Refill Fee - Requested Additional Equipment - 2.5% Tax Levy	Payable at pick-up: - Security Deposit - One Way Fee (AU$200 if applicable)
